Everything is looking great! I'm very impressed so far. My hat's off to Mouse and the design team. Keep up the good work!

Hi Tarbaby! As Alastor said above, all of the staff is constantly looking for ways to improve your gaming experience! :) If you have ideas, then please send them to Alastor so that we can discuss them and make those ideas a reality. T4C has always had a wonderful community, and its continual development is motivated by you, the player. You're telling us what you would like to see. Excellent! But please do so in a constructive way. Changes can and will be made to the server. New features will be added. T4C will continue to evolve. If you would like to be a positive influence on those changes, then the best way is to let us know what you would like to see! Get those ideas together and email them and you might see them in the next update. ;-)

How many times can you use the item? Is it forever?
Yes, it works just like the Extended Gem Timer. It's a permanent effect on the character for which you purchase it.

    Hey there!
I use Ubuntu as my primary operating system on my work computer, and I've spent hours trying to get T4C to work on it.
Wine doesn't seem to like running it. I've managed to get it as far as patching, but the game itself will not load and run.
The most success I've had is using Oracle Virtualbox. The only problem is that VB is very resource intensive.
So if you have a computer that can stand it, try opening your Software Center, and then search for "Virtualbox".
This will allow you to load another operating system (I recommend Windows XP) inside of your virtual machine.
It takes some playing around with, but I've had high levels of success running T4C on Ubuntu 13 using this method. Good luck!

Greetings! It pains me that I missed the events, and I had no intention of "leaving 40 people hanging like dummies"... To explain my situation: First, I worked 30 hours from Friday to Sunday, that is day-shift so that means leaving for work at 12:00 noon and then clocking in at 1:00pm, working until close at 10:00, and then finishing my day-end paperwork and leaving work by 11:00pm to get home around midnight and then get ready to do the same the next day... As for my normal activity, I have been a GM for 8+ years and I believe that I am very active. I make it a point to be on just about every day, although it has to be at night after work and on my off days. Days that I have off work, I spend upward to 8-9 hours online and interacting with players. (and the logs to prove it). I designed and ran the big Thanksgiving Event last year myself, I organised and managed the Screenshot Contests for the past 2 years, and run a myriad of raids and smaller events regularly. If there was a problem with my activity, I'm sure that both Alastor and Mouse would be blowing up my phone to find out why. As that is not the case, I continue to be very active on the server. Again, I'm sorry that I missed the Halloween event, but I am working on a few events that I will be hosting soon.

I've been around many years on Realmud, and selling of characters is a rather common occurrence. So is players "leaving" only to come back shortly after. As for your "no gm" comment. I've heard that quite a lot, and yet I am online every single night. Granted, it's late (EST 11pm+) because I work quite a bit IRL, but as I addressed in a previous post (http://www.t4c.com/cms/forum/GM-what-are-you-doing.html) I am very active, and I reply to emails as soon as they arrive (as they go directly to my phone). Just because you do not see a GM on when you're on does not mean we're not logging. Also noteworthy, just because you don't see a staff member does not mean there is not one on. ;) Email is a beautiful thing, my friend. If you need something and do not see a staff member on, you can always email us and we will do our best to see to whatever the issue may be.

As a relevant addition to my previous post, my email is shinigami@t4c.com .. Alastor HGM's email is alastor@t4c.com ... You can also go to support.t4c.com and submit a Ticket and it will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate staff member. Again, just about all of us have alerts that go to our phones and tend to reply rather quickly when messaged. :-D

Past two weeks and no GM? I'm sorry you've missed me. As I said in my previous post, I'm on regularly, albeit late due to IRL work. Especially over the past few weeks as I have worked every day with no days off because we're short-staffed at work right now. Having to pull extra shifts lol :-P Here's an example of some of the times in the two weeks I've been on. -- 11/18/2014 02:58:49, 11/17/2014 23:09:36, 11/15/2014 13:23:20, 11/14/2014 11:16:53, 11/13/2014 11:21:38, 11/09/2014 17:43:16, 11/05/2014 17:20:24, 11/04/2014 22:08:33, 11/03/2014 12:33:37 -- As you can see, the times are all over the place, but having to jump around my work schedule. And I have no record of you ever emailing me. Again, Alastor and I especially have email alerts that go to our phones and reply rather quickly. (and Alastor got on to me just yesterday about remote accessing my PC from work lol) My point is, we're here if you need us. It's just that real life has a tendency to kick you in the bum when you're not expecting it. @_@
