The 4th Coming

Server maintenance for T4C servers will be on Monday the 5th of September, at 2 am EST the downtime is expected to last 2 hours. Server release 1.842 will happen at this time. There will be no client/map update at this time.

* Optimize the flags load when loading the guild chest.
* Add an error message when sending a GM request and GM Request is disabled
* Can't invite oneself with .inv command
* Added several new GM commands.
* Optimized server code to help reduce server lag.
